Cancellation and Refunds
You can cancel automatic renewal at any time from your account dashboard. To avoid another charge, cancellation must be completed before the subscription’s next renewal date. Once a subscription has already renewed and the new billing period has begun, the renewal payment is generally non-refundable. Your CocoaVPN access will continue until the end of the period you have already paid for, after which your VPN connection will be paused automatically.
Refund requests
Refunds are not normally provided for subscription periods that have already started, unused data, accidental renewal, failure to cancel before the renewal date, dissatisfaction with connection speed, or inability to connect through a particular network or device.
This policy does not limit any mandatory cancellation, cooling-off, refund, or consumer-protection rights provided by applicable law. Where the law gives you a cooling-off right for digital services, CocoaVPN may request your explicit consent to begin providing the service immediately and your acknowledgement that starting the service may affect that right.
If you believe you were charged more than once for the same subscription period, charged after a cancellation took effect, or charged an incorrect amount, contact support with your account email, payment date, and Stripe receipt or invoice number. Valid billing errors will be reviewed and corrected.
Service problems
If CocoaVPN cannot provide the paid service for a material part of your subscription period because of a problem under our control, contact support with your account email, the dates affected, and a description of the problem. Depending on the circumstances, CocoaVPN may provide a proportional refund, account credit, or extension of service.
Refunds are not normally available when the service is operating but is blocked by a particular school, workplace, hotel, internet provider, country, device, or third-party application. VLESS and REALITY are designed to work on many restrictive networks, but successful access cannot be guaranteed on every network.
Nothing in this policy excludes or restricts rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.
