Terms of Service
Service
CocoaVPN supplies a personal VLESS + REALITY VPN configuration and account dashboard. Availability, speed, and access through a particular network are not guaranteed, and no refunds will be provided.
Renewal, cancellation, and plan changes
Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Cancellation stops future renewal and access remains available through the paid period. Unpaid renewal, expired access, or exhausted data pauses the VPN client until a successful renewal or the next paid period. Upgrades may be prorated and apply after payment; downgrades apply at renewal. Unused data does not roll over.
Devices
Your plan limits how many VPN connections may be active at the same time. Basic allows 2 concurrent connections and Plus allows 4. If the limit is reached, disconnect one device before connecting another. Access must not be shared beyond your own permitted use.
Acceptable use
Do not use CocoaVPN to harm others, distribute malware, attack systems, send spam, infringe rights, evade lawful sanctions, or commit unlawful acts. We may restrict service where reasonably necessary to protect users, infrastructure, or comply with law.
Your responsibilities
Keep account and subscription links private, use supported software, and keep your contact information current. You are responsible for activity performed with your credentials.
Liability
The service is supplied with reasonable care. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights. Subject to those rights, CocoaVPN is not responsible for indirect loss or failures outside its reasonable control.
Changes and termination
Material changes will be announced before they take effect. You may cancel if you do not accept them. CocoaVPN may suspend or terminate service for material breach, abuse, non-payment, or legal necessity, with notice where reasonably possible.
Law and disputes
These terms use the governing law stated in the Legal Notice, without limiting mandatory consumer protections or a consumer’s right to use a competent court available under applicable law.
